“Next week the Senate has the opportunity to produce a bipartisan bill that increases border security and protects Dreamers. We are days away from March 5th. No bill will be perfect, but inaction in the face of this crisis is unacceptable.

We are disappointed that almost five months since the DACA program ended, Congress has failed to vote on bipartisan legislation to protect Dreamers. Dreamers are teachers, nurses and engineers, and they are doing their jobs everyday in the face of this urgent crisis. It is time for Congress to step up and do theirs. 86% of Americans are behind them; inaction is not an option.”
