“Like many, we are concerned about the short term humanitarian challenges in the weeks ahead with the end of Title 42. But this bill to outlaw legal pathways for migration, effectively eliminate the ability for families to even apply for asylum, and target Dreamers for expedited removal and fast track deportation would not make the border more secure, is completely the wrong approach, and will not become law.”
