“Representative Hurd recognizes that only Congress can provide a permanent legal solution for Dreamers. We are grateful for his leadership, specifically on the USA Act – his legislation which pairs enhanced border security with protections for Dreamers. We also appreciate his willingness to force a vote on this issue in the U.S. House of Representatives.”
