As a region with a historically rich history of welcoming immigrants, Los Angeles County is an important community to organize if we want to be successful in passing immigration reform. Los Angeles is home to nearly 3.5 million immigrants, the largest number of any region in the nation – an area very familiar with the troubled conditions of immigrants in the country. For these reasons amongst others our Los Angeles FWD.us chapter is here to help further highlight the issue of immigration reform and the many ways it benefits the region as well as the country moving forward.
