Dallas’ strong tech community and broad support for immigrant rights make the city a great fit for FWD.us' first volunteer-led chapter. Dallas is home to more tech workers than any other city in Texas, as well as more than a dozen Fortune 500 companies. The city also boasts a diverse community that cares deeply about immigration reform. These passionate supporters give FWD.us a powerful presence in Dallas by communicating the local support for immigration reform to key members of Congress. While the chapter is managed remotely by our Texas Chapter Director, Nick Baker, the day-to-day operations will be handled by a team of volunteer leaders anchored by Chapter Founders Daniel and Cassie Stewart.
