Sign on: Reduce Incarceration in Oklahoma!

There are FIVE critical reforms remaining before the Oklahoma legislature meant to safely reduce Oklahoma’s incarcerated population, save taxpayer dollars, and strengthen families.

Right now Oklahoma has the highest incarceration rate in the nation. But that could change if the legislature passes 780 retroactivity, supervision best practices, sentence enhancement reform, possession with intent to distribute reform, and elimination of cash bail for most misdemeanors and non-violent felonies.

We are disappointed that common sense reforms to Oklahoma’s failure to protect laws (HB 2523) failed to get a hearing on the House floor. So we need your help…

Sign on to urge the Oklahoma legislature to pass these reforms and reunite Oklahoma families!
