On April 18th, 2016, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in U.S. v. Texas. This case will determine whether they will unfreeze the President’s executive actions - the DAPA and Expanded DACA programs announced in November 2014 - that would provide relief for millions of immigrant and American families and their communities.
More than 60 entrepreneurs and business leaders submitted an amicus brief to the Court in support of DAPA and Expanded DACA. FWD.us is proud that many of our supporters have signed onto this brief including founders Mark Zuckerberg, Reid Hoffman, Aditya Agarwal, Ron Conway, and Max Levchin, and our friends Noosheen Hashemi, Jeremy Levine, Darian Shirazi, Mark O’Neill, Faquiry Diaz Cala, and Peter French. We’re also grateful for the strong support of ContextMedia, Redfin, Asana, Amplify, Care.com, and so many others, underscoring the critical importance of this case and what it means for millions of undocumented immigrants and American families.
