On Wednesday, April 16, 2014, will host a panel discussion at BLUE1647 innovation center highlighting the work and contributions of immigrant entrepreneurs in the city of Chicago. The event will feature four successful immigrant entrepreneurs sharing the lessons, joys and challenges of building a business in the United States. You will hear stories about the never-ending battles with the immigration system, the meaning of the ‘American Dream’ for a twenty-first century immigrant, and learn why despite many obstacles many still choose the U.S. as their home to build their business and raise a family.
