Join us at Silicon Valley’s FWDMonthly – Tech Hubs Abroad: Connecting Innovation Communities Across Borders on Wednesday, March 18th at HelloStartups.
James Richards, President and Founder of Teleborder, a Y Combinator backed company promoting an improved immigration process, will join us this month to discuss how technology is connecting our world and solving large social and economic challenges around our immigration and tax systems. The presentation will be nothing short of amazing.
After James’ presentation, we’ll break out into our three project teams to continue building tools and ideas that will have an impact on laws and policies on the local, state, and federal levels of government.
Our Silicon Valley chapter is in the middle of planning some great offline events with high-profile guests and one of our project groups is nearly finished producing a powerful and compelling interactive story-sharing platform.
We hope you’ll be part of this movement to engage tech and government.
